This is especially important when patients break or lose their vision correction which is needed to function day to day. To help all of our patients, we’ve created a system below to remotely assess any vision needs and help their immediate needs without them coming into the office.
After completing the questionnaire below, we can work together to find the safest and most appropriate time to bring the patient in for a full exam, including before or after hours to limit interactions.This consultation does not replace a yearly exam and we always recommend yearly evaluations for the best possible vision correction, health evaluations, and disease prevention.
